Our college is started by MAA Group in 2004 to provide the international Education in Hotel Management Studies. We conduct one year Diploma courses in hotel operations departments such as Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Rooms Division Management and related fields in Hotel operations for young professionals.

    We also conduct short-term courses for Hotel employees irrespective of age or qualification to train them in international food technology to make them eligible to take up the abroad assignments. These courses are mainly in Food Production and Food and Beverage, Front office and House keeping Operations.

     We provide short term training for Interns/Trainees enrolled at MAA Internships Company for various International Internship programs to Hospitality Industry in USA, Australia, Europe, India and other countries for duration of 3 months to 6 months.  For more details of International Internship programs, please visit www.miplindia.co.in

    We are pioneers in conducting the courses from the year 1993. Our students are from MMA college of Catering Technology and Hotel Management run by MMA Educational Trust from 1993. We also conducted one year Craftsmanship courses in Hotel Management at Gurudev Institute of Food Craft from the year 1997 recognized by Department of Employment and Training, Govt. of Tamilnadu. We conducted different programs recommended by Dept of Industries, Govt. of Tamilnadu for Women Entrepreneurs. We conducted a 3-day short-term course in Chinese, Fast Food and North Indian Cooking for small scale Investors and housewives. Our old students are the members of our Hotel School.
